Youthful ignorance tethers to the elements of ego and pride, the act of knowing and still doing. Youthful ignorance is one of the main problems that we as humans battle with. Not wanting to deal with or accept the byproduct of our decisions, we always end up confused as to why certain things are happening, but they are a byproduct of the decisions we make. Ignorance is misunderstanding that you cannot have one or the other. Youthful ignorance is the inability to come to grips with the reality of yearning for what we want, but we don’t want what it comes with or at least we think we can bypass what it comes with.
